Total Crock

Standard

I’m convinced that our Tuesday pictures
are the least exciting pictures of the week.

A typical Tuesday consists of work, then spin for me, a run for Greg,
dinner, shower, bed. Not very exciting.
But, I mean, it’s a Tuesday, what do you expect?

Tonight it was nice to have dinner ready when we got home.
I really need to use our Crock Pot (or slow cooker, whatev) more,
I say this every time I use it… it’s so easy!

What was for dinner?

One 2 pound roast
One bag of baby carrots
One stalk of celery, sliced
One package of Lipton Beefy Onion soup
Cook on high for about 8 hours

Delish!

Tonight, we are making our favorite dip for Superbowl Sunday!

It is Buffalo Chicken Dip and we want to share the recipe!

2-3 very large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
(I throw them in the Crock Pot to cook them up and they fall apart much easier)
8 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz of Ranch dressing
10-12 oz of Frank’s Hot Sauce (or Frank’s Buffalo Sauce)
8 oz of very soft cream cheese

Mix it up and put it in a 9×9 pan then bake at 350* for 35 minutes.

We serve it with celery and/or tortilla chips!

Feel free to leave your favorite dip recipes here!!
