Ever since I was young I have loved hot dogs, they rarely seem to disappoint.

My favorite hot dog resides in Denver, Colorado – it’s called the Denver Dog. It’s a huge frank with smothered green chili, shredded cheddar cheese and sliced jalapeños.

If you are ever at a Colorado Rockies game, I strongly suggest you try one of these bad boys out.

Unfortunately, we are neither in Denver nor is this a Denver Dog…However, it was my dinner tonight and it was delicious!

Oh, and while we are talking unfortunates, I ate this while watching the UCF Knights drop their 8th straight! Sad.
