This will be a new series where I will write about things we are loving each week,
whether it be a product we’re using, a recipe we’re eating, or something we’re doing.
Some weeks will be more exciting than others
but this is a chance for me to share a little more about the small things happening;
and a chance to write more freely about whatever topic I choose.
I hope you enjoy it! I am excited to see how it evolves over time.
I am also excited that Misha will be sharing the same each week,
so make sure you pop over to her blog too to see what she’s up to.
We would also love for you to join us!
Leave a comment and we’ll come check out what you’re loving each week!

I think I am probably the last person in the existence of humankind to finally realize that eos lip balm is the best thing ever invented. Seriously. I had used my mom’s when she was around,
but I finally purchased my own and I cannot put it down!
I am horrible with lip balms, colors, lipsticks, everything.
I have so many piled up over time that I never use, but I don’t leave home without this one.
I was so annoyed when I was digging through my purse for it and realized it was in the diaper bag,
that I purchased another one so I could leave one in each bag.
I have the strawberry and the summer fruit. I love them both.

I’m probably tardy for the party on this one too, but I finally signed up for Ebates.
I’m not sure what took me so long.
We are big online shoppers, especially since I’ve been an Amazon Prime member.
It’s to the point that if you can ship it to me (especially for free),
then there is no point for me to go out and buy it.
ESPECIALLY now that we have two kids to get in and out of the car.
Anyway, through Ebates, I can make money BACK by shopping online, at retailers I already shop at!
Again, I’m not sure what took me so long, but let’s start saving some money.

Now that I’ve been back in the car and back to work,
I feel like I have been reintroduced to the world of music.
My love affair with country music has been rekindled and I am finally hearing those popular hits
that I am sure have been around for several months now.
I didn’t realize how out of touch with reality I have been until the moment
I asked who that was singing with Pitbull during the NYE show
and, not one, but BOTH of my parents responded with “Ke$ha.”
Um… yeah. Total loser over here.
Needless to say, “It’s going down, I’m yelling timber” has been in my head all week.

Happy long weekend, y’all!
Love this and so glad we are doing it. I need to try out that lip balm stat! Also, I totally am the same way about current music hits. No idea! XO
That lip balm looks great, I wonder if I can get it in Australia?
It really is great! Hopefully you can find it!
