Happy Friday and happy last Friday of October! How is this month already over?

Another one of my birthday gifts was a spiral vegetable slicer and I have been making zoodles (zucchini noodles) like crazy! For lunch this week, I made a Greek salad with zoodles and it was delicious! We also had zoodles with marinara and Italian sausage for dinner. I can’t wait to try different veggies and different recipes.

I mentioned this earlier this week, but Greg and I had such a great time at the USA women’s soccer game on Sunday. Live soccer is so much fun! Also this week, the Orlando Pride (our newly announced women’s MLS team) signed it’s first players, including Alex Morgan! I am definitely becoming more of a soccer fan!

The outcome of the first two games of the World Series wasn’t to our liking, but there is hope! Let’s go Mets!
